Within the sPatials3 research HUB, the IBBA-CNR and the Orienta Digital Campus have launched an extensive survey on the acceptability of new foods (to learn more read here).
Thanks to the collaboration with the Salone dello Studente Digital, which involves approximately 1,400,000 students and teachers every year, it will be possible to study how the propensity to accept new foods changes with age.
We will discover together how much we are willing to change our lifestyle towards healthier foods and more modern, efficient and environmentally compatible agricultural practices. Be ready to be amazed and to change your opinion on modern agricultural technologies; they are often better than the old (so-called) natural ones!
