The Webinar Video-Interview “ALIMENTI SU MISURA” will take place on Wednesday 27 October 2021 at 4.30 pm, the first of a series of video-interviews of the Hub SPATIALS3 in collaboration with Food Hub.
This first appointment is dedicated to the activities of the SPATIALS3 Hub aimed at identifying primary productions with specific nutritional and nutraceutical characteristics suitable for responding to the needs of fragile categories. We will analyze in detail the potential of legumes, cereals, and microalgae, excellent for the design of bio-fortified functional foods, enriched or improved products in order to reduce health risks and improve general well-being.
