The final event of the FARM-INN grant 2017 -1130 project, funded by the AGER-Agro-food and Research Project, will be held on December 2nd at Cremona’s international zootechnical fairs: “New opportunities for dairy stables to contain the aflatoxin problem and make the most of their own milk”.
The event will consist of a round table, moderated by the journalist Giovanni De Luca, and aims to be an opportunity to share the results of the project, which focused on the entire dairy supply chain. An interesting debate will involve all the project partners, through which topics of current interest will be considered, such as the urgent problem of aflatoxins in milk, the sustainability of production, their valorisation and the potential of animal genetics today. A particular focus will be dedicated to the A2 variant of beta-casein.
